We want you to be completely satisfied with your SEEKIPTV subscription. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@seekiptv.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond to you within 48 hours.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- If you have already used the service for more than 7 days
- If you have violated our terms and conditions
- If you have shared your account with others
- If you have used a VPN or any other tool to manipulate your location
- If the international local server goes down, in this case you have to wait for the server to work again, it can take time
In case of a refund, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
